How old do I have to be a member?
As noted in our Terms and conditions, by the rules and regulations as which must be carried out market research, we are not able to offer our service to persons under 15 years. Valued Opinions
considers the creation of accounts by children under 15 years old fraudulent conduct and close the accounts of members who are not old enough.

Am I can record more than once Valued Opinions?
We do not allow a person to register more than one account Valued Opinions. We are interested in the views of people individual and can not allow one person to register and fill out the same survey more than once.
The creation of more than one account will be considered fraudulent behavior and will result in termination of membership.

How I can update my personal information?

Where I can find surveys?
Once you've become a member of Valued Opinions you will be immediately eligible to receive invitations to participate in survey research. Please see our Terms and Conditions which are detailed obligations regarding Resect No invitations to take part in survey research.

How I can be invited to take part in surveys?
Once you've become a member of Valued Opinions you will be immediately eligible to be invited to take part in surveys.
Usually, when one of our customers want to know the views and opinions someone who, for example, live in your own home, you become a candidate to be invited to this survey.

I sought my gift card. When will I receive?
If you request a gift card on paper, you have to be received within 28 days.
If your card is digital, you will receive a confirmation email with the code of your card. Alternatively you can always find the code card in the History section of your account balance.
If you have not received your card within the specified time, please contact us via the contact form stating Delay in receiving gift cards as a subject of the message and providing us with the requested card type and date application.
I have completed a survey, when I will be rewarded (a)?
When you successfully complete a survey, the reward is on hold until the study is not completed and the data have been processed. Please note that depending on the size and complexity of the survey, may take up to 28 days for the corresponding credit is reflected in your account.
I just finished a survey. Why reward is not reflected in my outstanding loans?
Some surveys are managed by our affiliates, which may not appear as pending in your history, but if you complete the survey correctly, you will be rewarded for it within 28 days.

fully complete surveys to which We invite you and reward you with the amount indicated in the invitation, which will be credited to your Valued Opinions account money within 28 days after completing the survey.
The questions of 'Current Issues' are used to identify the most appropriate survey to your interests. We can not pay for 'Current Issues', however, this increases your chances of receive more surveys.
The only case that reward members when we identify that someone is not being honest to the study, for example by providing meaningless answers or trying to respond multiple times to the same survey. This only happens occasionally and is used as a means to prevent one or two dishonest people spoil the opportunities of others.
I have done many surveys, why I have no credit on my account?
There are several possible reasons why you do not have any credit in your account.
First, there is a period of 28 days for polls to be rewarded. So if you have participated in surveys in the past 28 days, you may not have been awarded because we still have to close the entire project before we can reward our members for their participation in the survey. So please be a little more patient, and if you have not received your reward after 28 days, please contact our support team at the email address below.
Second, you may only have participated in so-called "Current Issues." These are short questionnaires, ten to fifteen questions, which are used to determine if you have the appropriate profile for future surveys. We can not pay for 'Current Issues', why not pay us for them, however, this increases your chances of receiving more surveys.
Finally, you may have participated in surveys, but have not totally completed. Please note that only you will be rewarded for surveys that have been answered to the end. If you received a message that states that do not meet the requirements for a survey or the desired number of respondents already been achieved, you have not managed to complete the survey and will not be rewarded for it.
If you still think you have not been awarded has completed a survey, please contact us and let us know what your rewards are still pending, mentioning the topic of the survey, and the day they participate in it.
How do I apply my gift card?
To claim your reward you must log in to your Valued Opinions account. In the History section click on the link Apply for your reward.
I requested a gift card for some time, but has not yet arrived.
Where?
Delivery of gift cards is 28 days. If you have not received within this period, please contact with our support team so we can investigate the matter.
What happens to my credits earned?
Unfortunately you can not claim this amount until the balance of your account does not reach the amount needed to request a gift card.
If you reactivate your account later, this amount will be restored to your account.

Is a minimum period of membership?
