In 2007 a group of financial investment professionals, real estate and asset management create Rasaland to identify the opportunity that existed in Mexico on privatization of land, strong infrastructure spending to be carried out in the area and the potential of the Mexican coast .
Due to attractive business model, the structure of the vehicle and experience of management team - which adds more than 100 years - and after a long process of "due diligence" Rasaland captures investors like Goldman Sachs and TPG Axon, which are the current shareholders and strategic partners background. Currently Rasaland has invested in three projects: Chalacatepec, tangerine and Conception Bay, and has generated attractive returns for shareholders.
